When planning a stay at Lake Haven Resort, understanding the reservation policies is crucial for a smooth and enjoyable experience. These policies ensure transparency and help guests manage their bookings effectively.
Making a Reservation
To secure a room at Lake Haven Resort, guests can make reservations through telephone, WhatsApp, or our online booking platform.
It is mandatory to make an advance payment either in cash or through an online deposit to confirm the reservation.
Cancellation Policies
- •Guests must inform the resort in writing to cancel or amend their reservation
- •Online bookings cannot be automatically modified or canceled through the booking engine
- •For non-refundable bookings, no refunds are provided

Rooms at Lake Haven Resort typically accommodate two or three people. An additional person can stay if the room size permits, but this incurs extra charges.
Children and Infants Policy:
- 👶 Up to 8 years: Stay free without extra bed
- 🧒 8 to 12 years: Additional charges apply
- 👦 Above 12 years: Considered young adults, standard charges apply
Deposit and Payment Methods
To confirm a reservation, a deposit equal to the total room nights booked must be paid in advance.

Group bookings (4+ rooms) require cancellation notice to refund the deposit according to our cancellation policy.
Non-Arrival (No Show) Policy

- • If you fail to arrive on the scheduled date, the entire reservation will be automatically canceled
- • Charges for the entire stay will apply
- • No refund will be provided
